Welcome to Hell, yet again.
I make no secret of my disdain for California. Travel in general has, over the last few years, lost a lot of its appeal to me, too. But I make the most of it and have fun where and whenever I can. While I don't subscribe to management's "You could be digging ditches" mentality I do understand that there are far worse things I COULD be doing and am thankful for every opportunity. But enough of all that...on with the photos of Babylon!

Art shot. Parking lot in Thousand Oaks.

Terminator X also talked with his hands. Ted, Stephen, ex-Buffalo lurks, in a place that was just what the doctor ordered. Thanks Allan.

Best bus campaign I have ever seen. Trust me, I'm an expert. The 27th of June cannot come soon enough.

I know, I know, you're like "Where are the food pictures?" Right here. Super Mex. Happy Hour from 5 pm to closing?

We hadn't eaten in 10 hours. When in Long Beach, Stephen chooses the enchilada.

Saw the Houstons for a minute. I think Tevis is standing on a ladder or something.

LBC ya'.

Project.
Added another piece to the puzzle, or pile, rather. Nickel frame, no big deal...I have it taken somewhat apart while await a set of Whitworth (Google it, Draplin) wrenches. This thing will learn to hate me, especially after I sell half of it to weirdos on eBay.

New Hampshire, thank God.
We got out VT for the weekend. Last year at this time a young and small Rivet and I made the journey alone. This year we all went. First we stopped at a car show at Gunstock. Much of what was there was ho-hum. This ruled...

See more here when you click...

Then we went to camp. Rivet, dog, previously of Texas, now guest of the world, used my sleeping dad as a bridge to get to cheese. Brazen.

Next we had some scheming.

Night fell, geists descended.

This is what heaven looks like at 6 am.

The green movement is a lie.
On the right are "organic" "cage free" "free range" "expensive" eggs you buy at the store. On the left are eggs you get from your neighbors here in West MF Addison.
